Product Description

The Electronic Liquid Densimeter ZGMD50, based on the U-tube Oscillation Method, provides precise and high-sensitivity liquid density measurements. Utilizing a microprocessor-controlled system, it detects oscillation frequency variations in a U-type tube filled with different media. This fully automatic instrument features an advanced density sensor, temperature control, and self-cleaning system. It is ideal for applications in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, beverages, alcohol production, and pharmaceuticals. It can also calculate concentrations for alcohol and sulfuric acid solutions.

Operating Instructions

1. Measurement Procedure

  1. Insert the injection tube into the liquid sample.

  2. Press the “Sample” button to start automatic liquid intake.

  3. The liquid will be pumped into the measurement cylinder automatically.

  4. Wait for the system to reach a constant temperature of 20 ± 0.1℃.

  5. The LED display will automatically show the real-time density and temperature of the sample.

2. Cleaning Procedure

  1. Drain the tested liquid completely from the cylinder.

  2. Rinse the cylinder with a suitable cleaning solution.

  3. Repeat rinsing until no residue remains in the measuring chamber.
