Operation and Parameter Settings


1. How to set up the batch analysis process of the automatic sampler?

  First, create a sample sequence through the instrument supporting software, associating sample numbers, positions, and corresponding titration methods. Ensure that the sample bottles are placed in order on the 20 station turntable and that the pipelines are firmly connected. After starting, the instrument will automatically complete the entire process of sample loading, titration, cleaning, and record the result curve.


2. How to ensure the accuracy of the mass determination function?

  Regularly calibrate the balance module using standard weights for linear verification. Meanwhile, ensure that the burette resolution (1/48,000) and closed loop control accuracy (0.003mm) meet the experimental requirements. If the result deviation exceeds ±0.1%, it is recommended to check the balance sensor or contact the manufacturer for calibration.


3. How to switch the multi channel liquid addition module?

  Select the target channel through the software interface. The system supports 8 channel expansion. Before switching, rinse the pipeline with distilled water to avoid cross contamination. For corrosive reagents (such as perchloric acid), ensure that the PTFE material pipeline and rotary valve are well sealed.
